Buy. Definitely. Check the FAQ for links to the math as to why crafting is way more expensive.

I have a question about chiseling maps. Most of the time even, in blue maps, I use all my portals to carry rare items to the vendor. So chiseling my map would only really help me with map drops and chaos/regel recipes. I'm wondering if it's even worthwhile to chisel from a pure farming point of view or if it better to just sell those.

For straight up farming purposes, if you don't care about map progression, nope, just sell dem chisels. That's a 1-1.3 chaos spent per map when you can just transmute or alc (1/3 chaos) and run that. Most of the IIQ/IIR you'll get if you're alcing will come from the alc itself, and if you're transmuting it's straight up just not worth the investment to chisel.

I still wouldn't alc anything below 72, by the way. That's when mid-to-high tier rare affix rolls start to make a difference for selling purposes. But theoretically you could alc pretty much every map if you wanted. You'll make at least a chaos per map and you can afford to buy more alcs after the conversion.

Amazed by the spread this build has in the leagues, both SC and HC! It's cool to see fellow PA buddies, and many of them make brodeals between each other! A shoutout to all of you!

I managed to get 7 or so PA's to lvl 20, none corrupted to 21, sadly.

This is an update of lvl 89 with soon hitting 90.



I have some socket-optimizing to do, some more PA's to level and then, perhaps, I'll get my 21 eventually :)

Sadly it hasn't been worth to level non-PA gems so far, I price the lvl 20's rather low and they don't sell at all.

Also, switching from SA-Chain-CoH-Vuln to Frenzy-GMP-Chain-Coh-Vuln is to be done, didn't have motivation yet to 5L my chest, since I did a small side project with FB RT Cyclone and a HC toon for Achievements :)

Chrono, your post made me think of this idea (for some reason), so I'm going to push this here in case anybody's interested. This deal applies to Warbands players.

I'll bro-deal the first person who expresses interest on this thread a corrupted 20/20 PA if you want some better AoE coverage. I have it listed for 34 chaos, but I'll give you a pretty hefty discount on it, especially if you can throw some div cards that I need my way.

Sorry, I missed this.

Carcass is damage / area coverage mostly, with okay resistances and life.

QotF is mostly about mobility and high evasion. Get high enough eva and you negate the movement speed penalty, and end up in the positives, increasing your MS.

You will need 11250 total eva to zero out the MS penalty, 11700 to start seeing an increase in MS. After dexterity bonuses and grace etc., ofc.

In short, offense versus defense.

No problem, you always have one or two questions *cought* :P when you log into the boards ^^

So both seem totally viable. Then I think I might stick to the queen a little bit longer, until my other gear is better. Thx :)
