The more people will play it, the faster GGG may look into this. I don't remember RF being a problem for so long before it was fixed (and by fixed I mean axed to the grave, i'm sur a middle ground can be found for EA without making the skill utterly useless in pvp).

Pretty big difference RF and EA. We're talking literally retardedly low levels of execution..i.e just turn it on and whack off = wins. EA wall spam and broken area elevation abuse isn't too far ahead but it's still not the same. EA itself is a cool and unique skill, needs minor mechanical tweaks and people need to get good enough to have resists vs EE/curses. Or as I always say.........fix penetration gems, - max resists you can't do anything about...the fuck?

Edit: RF was countered by abusing more degens,maxing resists and range...but vs most players it was just instant death. You had to of pre geared for it and completely butchered your build just to stand near it long enough to land a hit for most builds. EA, still countered via resist stacking to some degree but penetration gems are a whole different animal.

The thing who need to be done asap is to change EA explosion from secondary attack to primary attack so it can be dodged/evade/block. That way EA users will have to invest in accuracy and use BCR like everyone else. If static strike second effect can be tag as an attack, I don't see any reasons EA explosion can't be.

Then we can talk about damage range and other stuffs.
