Exactly these.. The damage will literally almost double.

I think cyclone is receiving the most humongous buff with the mana cost reduction and proper gems. As if it wasn't strong before.

These changes will actually completely break LLD unless something massive is done.. Spellcasters receive 70% less damage and cycloners receive 100% more damage.

I felt like we were almost there.....like pvp was almost balanced or atleast more balanced than it was ever before. Now we will be more unbalanced than ever before. The empower and ele pen gems not being available for LLD is ABSURD to say the least. I do like that some of the nodes like faster attacks will be available.

Thing is you cant change just ele formula becaouse if you balance ele around spells then ele attacks will be hilariously op. And without empower and penetration spells wont be even able to kill anything.

Pretty sad about rip empower :/ Still time to change though.

where did we see that empower was changed so drastically?

Is lvl 2 no longer lvl 10? and lvl 3 lvl 45? Any link to a screenshot of it?

Lvl 1 empower requires lvl 38.

Check reddit for tons of information.

this is all so hilarious. rip time spent making LLDs. birth to mindless sword/board cyclone .. again

Maybe this should be moved to beta feedback? I doubt anyone at GGG is checking the pvp forums atm..
