Inconsistency with Curse on hit corruption

I don't care how you guys win or what you are using to win. This isn't me complaining that i can't win because i don't have corrupted curse gloves. This is me pointing out an inconsistency that also widens the gap between the various wealth tiers of pvp players. It is definitely an abuse, since at high level play you get a lower level gem but every attack applies that curse (a trade-off). At lower level though, it can do nothing but make your character better than it already is (no trade-off).

Arguments like "u mad u don't win or i win everthing and i am using the worst gear possible" are irrelevant as they don't refer to the topic at hand.
