People will call you a troll all day long if you say something they dont agree with. The person calling me a troll probably benefits from this fucked up green -block reduction gem system. Maybe some guy with 100 extra exalt to switch out to specific gear, so he benefits from most people not being able to access that gem, so he can run around being immune to damage through evade/blocking and thinks hes good in the arena because he never dies. OP is not very smart. You use puncture gem to make the block pen gem so it makes sense to have it green. Why should it be easier for casters to have block pen? If you were playing a melee and the gem was blue would you argue that it should be red or green? Spell block requires a lot more gear/investment to make it viable. Regular block on the other hand is not as hard. Bow builds and melee builds have a lot more troubles with block so it makes sense that they should have easier access to block pen.
