something like this mace or a 6 link chest is the answer sky.

You use the belt recipe then you craft the leo and regal till u get the t1 hybrid then u remove the leo mod and proceed with multi mod crafting. (I'm not gonna craft it though)

i dont really need a service, but could you please tell me whats leo's lvl 8 decor! is it something good?

Does the mod work as intended now ? I remember someone posting or reddit eternal regaling or exalting an item with cannot roll over 28 mods and it went to something like 44 requred lvl

It has always worked it seems. There was a bug with the eternal orbs that has now been fixed.
