Kitava's Thirst is an extremely huge convenience for this build - both curses, Desecrate and our offering skill will be automatically casted as long as the skill we're using costs 100+ mana.
To achieve this, we need to use either atleast one Fevered Mind jewel to raise both damage setups mana cost high enough, or a 6-linked Pledge of Hands to get Arc above 100 mana cost.
Please note that this unique requires a different gem setup, which you can find in the gem section above.
Requires: 6-linked Pledge of Hands or Fevered Mind

Yet another option for 5-linked Arc - Apep's Rage (mana cost: 110)
bro, my arc is with 20k dmg before procs, during 40~50k, is this good enough?
@FIckakco: They increase the range/damage output of all our single target spell choices, even if not always visible in the tooltip.

@Riggon: Looks like you barely have any elemental resistances on your gear. While that may work for the first 2-3 acts, you really want to get capped (or close to capped) resistances at 75%, except chaos resistance which doesn't matter much at that point.

I see you've also specced into Mind over Matter already. We don't use it before endgame, during leveling it's better/easier to just reserve the mana for easier cursing.

@cuss: Technically yes, but this would limit us to a 4L (or pseudo-5L in Essence Gloves) Arc, and miss out on the power Pledge of Hands gives, while Apeps itself doesn't give much except some cast speed.

@guVzera: If it feels good to play, then yes.

In "Gem Setup" section it is stated, that: "Bone Offering is our key to survivability. It grants up to a flat 35% Chance to block attacks, 34% Chance to block spells and if that wouldn't be enough already, also recovers up to 594 life whenever we block."

But in skill description I see: "Grants Minions +(25-35)% Chance to Block Attacks
Grants Minions +(25-34)% Chance to Block Spells
Minions recover (11-594) Life when they Block"

I do not understand. If this gem gives buffs for minions how it can be key to character survivability? This build does not use minions.

Sure. Apep's Rage is meant as a temporary solution with Kitava's Thirst and no Pledge of Hands. I forgot to mention it.
What kind of damage does Arc deal with this build?
