You're still using heartbreaker, I feel like it's a weapon to go through white maybe yellow maps. Look for a weapon with 100+ (ideally 150+) mana and good spell damage.
Try to get a CoD and crown of the inward eye.
Try to get the proper enchant on your boots. Mana regen will boost your damage and survivability aswell.
Get a lvl 21 arc.

That should give you stuff to work for

On a sidenote, fix your flasks.

Seems comfortably, I can only complete t14 maps. Ultimatums are hit or miss. If there's a lot of ranged adds I die. If it's melee I can kite enough to kill them for the most part. If anyone can look at my setup and give suggestions that would be great.
