Does Call of the Brotherhood work with three dragons or is the shock while focus ring mod the only way to apply it?

I picked up a Divine Vessel, but when I put it in the map device with a map nothing happens. Am i missing something?

Obvious question would be are you making sure the map you're putting in has a soul to be captured on it?

Which is still a huge damage loss. Even Arc Chain enchant + T1 Crit Multi + CotB is still worse than Three Dragons and getting full penetration effect. But yeah, keep trying, the fact that you're trying to show off with a Headhunter shows how much your opinion is worth.

@HydrasOnAPlane: Doesn't work, the helmet explicitely prevents lightning damage from shocking.

Is there a difference between all the agnerod Staffs i'm to blind to see?

Got myself a Agnerod East 6L for a few c and the North one cost more then 1ex.

But i cant Spot a difference between them.

They're mostly the same except for one line. North has 15% shock chance, South has +5 max lightning res, East has 100% shock duration and West has lightning damage to spells.

The fact that you're trying to tag me with "showing of hh" shows how pathetic you are as a person, turning to verbal abuse on the second sentence as logic fails on the first.
Still, picking elementalist and forbiding oneself from guaranteed shock more damage is laughable. That's not an opinion.
