I found out about Streamable and used nVidia tools to record a video.

Hello, I really dont have any questions for now :D I made 100lvl, which was really exhausting and then I finally could respec into Arc. I must say that your build is super strong and has great gameplay.
To make it short, thank you for this great guide Enki! :) P.S. It was honor to buy a helmet from you :D |

Just so you know if interested:
Ratsneve is now a level 47 Elementalist and seemingly a very strong character so far. Stoping bleeding was my biggest milestone. Is fully playing SSF with little to no crafting so far and is somewhat concerned that this will have to change one day? Doesn't know why she is keeping all the gems she finds when the walkthroughs for the Acts tells you what gems are needed and when? Is still focussed on INT, spell damage and wands and not yet if ever on STR, DEX, elemental damage, or other then wands? I have not read ahead in the Act walkthroughs and hoping that when some change is needed it will be mentioned/included and mostly I will understand what to do. Oops, yes, Ratsneve plays on the PS4 console which from the sound of it raises some problems? Oops 2, Ratsneve stands on other shoulders to pull off this build into endgame/maps/Atlas--whatever follows. She depends on Enki and others to do the strategizing and figuring-out for her. Can anyone explain something to me? Why use x4 Arc on the secondary weapon? Is it to use the 4 skills individually or do they add up to a single Arc skill?

You put them in the weapons that you are not actively using. This means you can't use the gems that you've put in there, but they do get experience.
Once those arcs reach lvl20, you can use a vaal orb on them, and try to get one of your arcs to lvl21, or to make it a vaal arc. This way you have 5 shots to hit either of those, instead of having only 1 arc gem you could vaal. |

Just getting back into POE after a break for classic wow and it looks like a lot has changed with the build. I really don't understand some of the changes that have been made to the build, guess I need to read some patch notes.
Passive tree looks weird and unless some mechanics changed I don't see why we drop hypothermia support. |
|
" There is also a totally new way to play the build going with full golem buff effects. This give you a lot of cast speed which is the primary factor in making a build feel good. |
|
|
have you thought about this as amulet ?
https://pathofexile.gamepedia.com/Choir_of_the_Storm do you think that this is good option in this build? |
|
" Storm of the choir is good for the build, but not BiS. If you have one, use it, by all means, but you'll eventually want to replace it with a rare amulet that has more utility. |
|
" Only Enki can speak to his final choices, but I can speculate. First, it didn't synergize well with Vaal Arc; since Hypothermia doesn't work unless the enemy is already chilled, you needed to land two hits to get the benefit. That makes it useless for the Legion mechanic and mediocre for high-level mapping, where we should be one-shotting most enemies anyway. Second, this league saw the introduction of some new weapon mods that boost certain skill gem levels globally (as opposed to boosting only gems socketed in the weapon itself). This makes level 26 Arc way more attainable than in the past. Since a level 26 Arc is the goal for best damage output, we need to drop one of the other Arc support gems for Empower. Spell Echo, increased critical strikes, and lightning penetration are all too important to drop. With us using a fully-levelled Arcane Surge instead of Hypothermia, we get the same single-target DPS while increasing map DPS and also improving the global AS buff for more cast speed and OoS damage. As a bonus, we now can use culling strike on OoS, too, in place of a lower-level AS, which is a huge benefit against tough bosses. Last edited by WorderMostFoul#7154 on Oct 11, 2019, 2:23:53 PM
