Enki's Arc Witch - dead for now

@KosmoKarmajaeger
Don't think you really have anything reasonable to upgrade left, maybe a +1 Inpulsa but that's really pushing it. I see that you got your daggers done, just to answer the question, Lightning as Chaos is an option but slightly weaker.

@Sebash6
Do you have "attack in place" active on your golem? If yes, disable it and your LMB will act as regular movement, Shift + LMB will let you summon your golem.

If you don't need Zealot's Oath then you don't need it, simple as that. It's just meant as backup regeneration until you get that from other sources or feel that you're good without. I've covered this mostly in the jewel section.

@Proletariate1984
Depends how much you value faster Whirling Blades. It's good to have but will limit you to just 4x damage affixes, and that probably on both daggers since just 5% double damage chance would be too low.

@subcutan
I do have to agree. Nothing wrong with asking questions, but it's really demotivating when finding the answer in the guide would've taken less time than typing the question. Atleast the FAQ seems to have reduced this a little.

Ironically, people trying to trash this guide usually follow the same pattern. F.e. i've seen someone on reddit trying to take this guides legitimacy away based on that i've had shock enabled in one of my PoB setups, as if this whole mechanic isn't covered multiple times in the guide and PoB setup.

Not sure what exactly you meant with the last sentence tho.

Disabling attack in place on LMB simply rocks man! Thank so much, amazing tip. i prefer so much to just use shift + LMB instead of switching spells on my hotkeys.

You should update all hidden tips you know about this game in some guide :D

Also to all other players, i found this master arc build just like Enki's one:
https://poe.ninja/challenge/builds/char/KosmoKarmajaeger/Cheesemichtot?i=16&search=item%3DWatchers-Eye%26skill%3DArc
, but guys.. just check his gear and everything, this guy also inspired me to use Trap and Mine Damage instead of advanced traps. Even his helmet is amazing with this -7% to light res.

i was basicly refering to unleash support, listing it in gem setup when it should be moved to leveling section. i would appreciate a clear separation between those two stages of the game bc i think they play out very different.

but pls keep up the awesome work. i really appreciate it. although i have leveled a 2nd character, this one makes way more fun. looking forward for 3.7!

Should I multimod this?

i would try to annul the faster attacks, attack speed is really nice for movement but daggers give to much damage potential and the attack speed can be added trough other sources.
Crafting such daggers is nothing where i would try to save currency.

Thx Enki for your time, i will hunt now for a +1 Inpulsa. Than i switch added lightning damage with a lvl 4 empower , or?
Beside i try to push a bit life, i really want to go other 5k.

+2 duration gems and vaal arc lvl21 is also ok
I've got a "+2 duration gems" impulsa without empower and on PoB with my current items its almost same dps than "+1 lvl all gems + empower lvl4" but a lot cheaper.
checked prices, pretty much the same. I really would like to double corrupt a third inpulsa xD so +1 gem with +2 duration gems with an vaal arc 21 would be op af you say? ^^

With +2 duration gems you don't need empower so you save at least 4ex.
Good luck with this double corruption :) both are the best outcome for dps. I'd like to see that happen !
Thanks for the build, Enki.

I had fun with this one. It took me a while to craft up gear but I was able to take down the Uber Elder in the end. I probably should have went for slightly less damage and more life but I couldn't help myself.

I wanted a build that was "fair" tot he game in that I needed to more or less play the actual encounters rather than either crush them or "run around while the boss dies" to a skill.

Got really lucky with a few of my crafts, especially boots. I had to buy div cards for the shaped opal rings but they were a breeze to craft thanks to beastcrafting tricks (eternal orb + annul basically), delve/essence crafting + scour orbs with suffixes cannot be changed and the overpowered Betrayal crafts (+%dmg).

Total gear was extremely good and that was part of my plan. I wanted a build I could grow into and build up with excellent crafts on every item slot that could really benefit from it via unlocking harder and harder content.

Spoiler
First things that I noticed are your boots, belt, rings and amulet.

Try to get boots that provide ES. Same goes for your belt: Only 1 res type on it, very low life roll and 0 ES. Not good. That slot can do a lot more for you. The "25% increased Elemental Damage with Attack Skills" that you crafted on it, does absolutely nothing for you (Arc isn't an Attack Skill, it's a Spell).

That unique amulet really isn't something you should be using anymore.

Obviously, your daggers could be upgraded. That's painful and expensive if you want to craft them yourself. You might find something mediocre + cheaper on the market tho that's suiting the build and better than the Heartbreakers.

Your rings don't look good to me either. You're probably carrying them with you since lvl 60 or so, right? Time to upgrade.

Your gloves are fine, I guess, but really only because of the trap mods. Otherwise they're not doing too much for you.

The eye jewel in your armor is utter trash. Sorry, but this can only be said blunt. It doesn't have a single desirable mod on it. You might as well have an empty slot there.

Do you have any source for cold damage to spells to make Hypothermia work properly? I couldn't find anything. If you don't, then you must either get an eye jewel that has Cold damage to spells or find a ring that give you cold damage.

You might also want to upgrade to an Inpulsa, if possible. I think it really does a lot for this build. Every time I switch to it, I'm surprised how much better it feels. Fairly expensive of course.

You're using the diadem, so you can respec the 3 points from Sovereignty. And why did you pick those 3 Mana nodes after Mind over Matter? We don't need that Mana at all. That's 6 skill points you could invest into something way better. If you have enough Energy Shield and can sustain it, you can even drop Zealot's Oath and Ethereal Feast, if you have enough dexterity from gear, you can also drop Agility and Alacrity, and then you can use all those points for nodes that enhance your damage (take a look at the tree from L3thvl, WorderMostFoul or mine). Lightning Walker, Breath of Lightning, Dark Arts are really good options.

That's the very first thing I would do, if I was you: Respec the 3 points from Sovereignty and those 3 Mana nodes after MoM. Invest them into Breath of Lightning and Lightning Walker. Et voila... that should be a few thousand more dps, lots of Shock effect and some lightning resistance in just a couple of mouse clicks.

Then upgrade your gear. Belt, amulet, rings, boots + an eye jewel with cold damage to spells.

How much life and ES do you have right now and what do your resistances look like? I still don't know how to load sony account characters into PoB, so I can't look myself
