Most people will play level 28 pvp. Low level weapon crafting has already started. The new master even has a level 28 only affix mod and many people, including myself, are already crafting low level gear. You don't want to have to mess with 1m dps mirrored builds? Isnt the case that these lvl28 characters will have to farm stuff for themselves, so they can't even get an 5-link item because a lvl40+ areas would be too hard to get higher ilvl items? Farming on higher level areas will only give you rare items with 6/6 lvl28 mods because of the "cannot roll mods with required level above 28" So what are you talking about, because i see no problemo here. Or am i totally wrong and this lvl28 pvp will be mixed with other leagues' items or wat D3 treasure goblins's escape portal is an entrance to Wraeclast

Lv.28 doesn't give you points to collect all the DAGGER critical chance and top tier multiplier suffixes, it actually will have lower increased% since a larger percent of your points are locked into crit (it'll literally be equal to like +200% increased damage), and chargin' up your Power Charges is gonna be rather difficult than what you can do on helpless pinatas.

Oh and no , in low level dueling you can not even GO for crit efficiently , you do not even need a 6l , in some cases 4ls are enough simply because there are not that many support gems you could use to begin with.Even gear advantage is pretty damn small because at those levels what you can have is small in the first place.So ye you doo need skill and after the change (which obviously was a good one and helped) you will need even more skill!
