More info on when Elreon can sell his modded royal bows? Haven't seen any 28's in his shop.
It's rare. It can spawn any time starting when the Prefixes start appearing in your shop. You have to get lucky. because the loot only resets once a day when you do the daily, it becomes insanely hard to acquire one.
I currently have 3 for sale in HC (got 2 myself and one from a friend).
wait.. you guys mean Elreon can sell bows with "cause bleeding on hit"? i thought it's tora's prefix. or what i missing?:/
