Using a VPN to avoid connection issues

Hello! Started having issues with connection to patching server after last patch, plus my ISP cut my bandwidth, so it might be anything, tried Google Open VPN it didn't help, however, Spotflux, mentioned in this post

You just download it, install it, and run it, and it handles the connection. You may need Java 32-bit installed to use it (it didn't want to accept my Java SDK 64-bit install).

Found that recently, and it is very nice. 100% free too, with unlimited bandwidth, and dedicated VPN servers in the US and UK.

Edit: TSL even fixed the erratic packet drops and desync I was experiencing in PoE, and overall web browsing seems faster. I'm using Verizon. Looks like i'll be using this VPN across all my devices :) (they have set-up guides available for quite a few platforms, and can use the native VPN setup in both Android and Windows 7/8/8.1/8.1.1).

If your account was banned, you wouldn't be able to post most likely.

Because VPNs can be open (and abused) they often times get IP bans to prevent cheaters from using VPN to avoid detection and consequences.

Chances are THAT VPN IP is banned... not your account. This severely hurt me，I think your third party tool detection procedure is very rude,if u guys want to kill all the bots and RMT,it's funny,will they buy the packs？Will they use lots regret or other orb? try zenmate, its no longer free in the usa,uk or germany but still has a couple of free options. its certainly good enough to solve d load problems.

When you say "loading certain areas due to their filtering" you are talking about loading screens?
