Volls means you gain an extra link for free.

Basically, there are sufficient differences between RT and crit builds that make the gearing quite different.

This is actually pretty close to the old build and I've been running successfully with it at lvl 77 so far. Not bad, I might add a few more critical strike multipliers at the beginning though for better dps as my dps has dropped about 2k from the last build to this one, but my survivability is better with this build with better evasion and health. Nice...

Can you still run the three auras in the current patch ?
I've taken all of the reduced mana reserve nodes around ranger and shadow, but I still cant have Wrath, Anger , and Haste running with a lv 20 reduced mana.

You need Alpha's Howl or the reservation nodes to the top-left of the witch start.
