Vaal Double Strike

With the recent forum posts about revamped skills, its said that Vaal Double Strike has had its duration doubled. Though in ZiggyD's video (Link) the base duration is only 6 seconds for a level 20 gem. (which is only a .5 second increase from current version)
Is this correct or is that a old (or work in progress) version of the skill? Will the new Base Duration be 11 seconds at level 20? A dash of arcanity, a pinch of insanity, a whisper of profanity, and your build is now ready.
