Wow man...why are you even playing this game? D3 has some open slots. I'm not saying that there aren't possibly some negative points in those notes (although tbh I couldn't find any) but you couldn't find one positive. I think you're in the wrong game.

Dude, dont even bother with Hillbert. See how he inspired my sig with this famous mike tyson quote.
I hit him in the temple and he began to convulse like a retarded Hillbert. Mike Tyson

Rain of Arrows: Is now a level 4 Skill (from 10). Its area of effect has been increased by 20%. The delay between firing and arrows hitting the ground has been reduced by 20%. Its Area of Effect has been reduced and its quality bonus has been changed from Area of Effect to Attack Speed. Its damage effectiveness has been reduced slightly.

Don't know if somebody already mentioned it but this seems very misleading. It first says that AoE is increased by 20%, then right after that it has been reduced. Which one is it now?
17 pages by the time I finished reading patch notes O-O

We didn't want to make them too expensive. Having them set up like this allows us to make them a lot cheaper for individual use. If a weapon effect was a permanent thing you could have on any item forever then that would cost a lot more up front than if you put it on your favourite single item and paid a small amount to move it.

So provide choice - you can buy a one-time effect for, say, 20 points, or you can buy a permanent effect for 150.

This! Give us an option to buy a permanent effect for more points. Pretty please. I was really excited about those special effects and would most definitely buy a lot of them if they were permanent. If they're single use I won't. Love the rest of the patch notes though:) Also I think CI is a bit too weak if you leave it as it is in the notes. In my opinion immunity to chaos damage is cool but reinstate some bonus to ES, 20 - 30% maybe?

Surprised that Chaos Resistance was left out of "All Resistance" talents. I don't really see the reasoning for this.

It's "All Elemental Resistances", and we wanted Chaos resist to still be somewhat different/difficult to get.

Area of Effect increased, then 2 lines later Area of Effect decreased? o.O What are the differences between the 2 lines, apart from the capitalization of the Area of Effect words?

Thanks, we're correcting that in the patch notes.

I too am disappointed in the fact that the Stash Tabs that I purchased within the last week aren't going to be customizable. In fact I'm pretty upset. If the notes were posted three days ago I would've waited for the customizable tabs, I figured all purchased tabs would be once OB started. I was really excited, now I'm a little pissed.

As we explained in the patch notes, we're setting the price of the upgrades so that there's no drawback for buying them in the Closed Beta. Eventually a standard+upgrade will be more expensive than a premium alone, but for now the price will be standard+upgrade=premium so that your existing standard ones were not a bad deal. If your concern is that you feel that the premium ones are too expensive and that you should have had the premium functionality for the standard price, then I'm sorry.

No changes to lightning strike, according to the notes. Thought this was being fixed?

Chain got fixed (which is what needed the nerf).

Not what I was referring to. I was referring to Ls being fixed, not nerfed.

Currently, LS is hitting it's target twice and word was this was going to be fixed.

So maybe word was wrong, and it's intended to hit twice?

This is in the patch notes, in the bug fixes section.

Hmm...what happened to Chris' statement in a big October video interview that microtransactions would include gender change options?

Why do I as a female have only 2 avatar choices that are female, and 4 that are male? Seems kinda unfair to me.

:-( I mean, I'll still be playing, but it is quite disappointing.

We're adding many more over time!

The /debug command can't be used to cheat in races any more. Thanks guys.

So players see mapseed in ladder but not in races? Seems inconsistent also experienced players can easily identify maps, so they will still reset to better instances in races.

The whole command is changed for everyone. If an experienced player can spot what map it is, that's great.

Merciless: maximum frenzy charges, maximum power charges, maximum endurance charges.

This really needs to be reworked the rewards are useless if you don't use associated skills.

You can still choose the passive skill point quest reward.

Yes, we want resources to be constrained so that they are stronger game mechanics.

Is there a way to view your character and all your cool gear, while not in game? This would be a amzing feature if not already added?

So how about that Blood Magic, eh?
Kind of wish the Passive Tree planner was updated to the 0.10.0 changes.
