Dear Diary,
I've never really looked at any of these (though I deeply respect the effort that goes into helping others with their character nomenclature for a game that refuses to let go of unique character names) but that one caught my eye because Abulafia the Kabbalah scholar is such a fascinating character himself. Umberto Eco's usage of his name for a primitive computer which the main characters use to calculate the Names of God (and eventually entire prophecies based on random junk input) in Foucault's Pendulum stuck with me pretty hard. :)
