Edit: I'll try conductivity, that and three dragons should give my fire damage (molten strike) a chanche to shock - no crits since my Marauder has RT.
Either that works or I'll replace the helm with another one...

This is an ancient post, but I thought I'd mention this for the sake of those who follow:

Conductivity (in its current state at least) only grants additional chance to shock from lightning damage. That means it will not be effective for any three dragons build using fire to shock. You're better off just using Elemental Weakness (since the proc buffs are useless to you) as your resistance-lowering curse.
