PvP still unbalanced, and unfair

Explosive arrow is pretty good against block. You'll never trigger molten shell because your basic arrow damage is nothing using explosive arrow. Plus, EA isn't a spell so as long as the arrow sticks, it will be able to blow up.

Unfortunately archers need a lot of work in PvP, at least in merc PvP they're pretty hopeless. There's just no way to both kite and kill the other guy right now.

Agree, my bet Spectral throw will gonna replace bowers because you hit enemies 2-4times so they can't block all these hits and eventually you'll overwhelm maxblockchance casters and the mobility you can get is a great advantage vs bow builds in the PvP arenas.
