Working as intended.
The name is just that - a name. The description tells you what said name means. If the Attack Stuns, you gain a Charge. That is how it's described, and that is how it functions. Power Charge on Crit works exactly the same, you cannot get multiple Power Charges from a single volley. | |

I suggested that Endurance Charge on Melee Stun changed into " Endurance charge on Stun". This can improve the utility of this gem.

This gem appears to be bugged in its interaction with Trypanon.
Dealing 20k per hit on Cruel and it never procced an Endurance Charge. EDIT: On further experimentation, the bug appears to be related to shattering enemies.
