0.9.12 Patch Notes

My feedback.

The Art Style below looks nice.




I liked the old one even better.




But i really hate the new simple/flat one.




It looks like it is hiding the item even more now and it is a step back for art style and doesn't give you the feeling of magic sockets and magic links anymore.

I don't like the new item windows also. :(


PLZ at least give us the ability to chose the one we like from the options!

Installed it this morning before going to work...I am waiting to go home and test this!
ugh the new sockets look ugly.

Still very good work on all the other aspects of the patch.

1) I'm not understanding this, which damage bonus are we talking about (support gem? skill tree?) and why the hell is it applied starting from Lv.15???

2) Minions are not responding well with ranged attackers, not even if they get hit. They just stand there with a guy just 2 meters away shooting arrows like crazy...

3) Now the maximum specters allowed are 2? With passive skill and everything? Am I missing something?

4) The minion count icon (2+ minions) could have a life bar with the overall amount of life to know the general condition of your minions, or the most injured minion, to see if activating a flask with minion regeneration is necessary or not.

5) I think minions got really nerfed, I don't feel equally strong against monsters my own level. I even felt stronger before when minions worked horribly wrong :S

Quality gem's graphics should get a minor glow effect to find it easier in the stash or inventory.

Overall another big step forward with the game, BUT please reconsider your changes to the socket interface they look really boring and flat now. I loved the old sockets and many more here agree with this. The same goes for the links between the sockets.

Yeap, I agree too.
I can't play the game yet, so please tell me:

There seems to be a new quest in act 2 which rewards skill points? Does this mean that we can get up to 115 skill points now instead of the pre patch 111, or was some other quest changed so that it doesn't reward skill points any more?
fix the text its to small now it hard to read it in game
i play mmorpgs, i has no home in them right now since i quit maplestory. i just bounce around games for now and wait for the big mmo to bring in the community. stay sane exile in the lake of the great depression.
