Great base, 3x T1 added ele damage, T1 Crit chance, and, uh... T2 life gained on hit. 430 ele DPS, up to 490 with Vagan-crafted attack speed. Open suffix for going all-out with "Prefixes Can't be changed" -> Scour -> Exalt silliness. Absolutely bonkers, if incompatible with my current dual-wield phys blade flurry build. |
