ok, seriously... wtf do I do with this?!

So... farming Ledge for some exp, trying to upgrade my gear with bad resists.... find a Gemcutter Box... Pop an Alch and Vaal orb into it, and out pops this... not sure what to do with it lol... Maybe ill make a Facebreaker Infernal Blow build with this.

" I'm not sure, but with 3 jewels like this one and Raider ascendancy (Phrasing while at max frenzy ch.) you might get have perma phrasing. Mayby it'd be ok for someone who really doesn't like generating frenzy charges (for some reason). Burn all the orbs!

that is basically the only use. But the reason it probably exists is that vaaling also needs to have some bad outcomes to balance it.
