[2.4] How to smash Heads. Extremely detailed guide about the Facebreaker gloves and builds!
Posting an update. I already hit lvl 81, going maps i found on the way and hitting lvl 74 maps without a hitch. Switching from dominating blow/frenzy/infernal blow makes it easier for me to tackle crazy mod combinations. Moreover I use blood rage quite a bit and the regen that comes with the passive tree + chaos resist makes the extra leech + attack speed pretty much worth it.
Also I finally got a hand on a mana leech ring...it's a god send by the way. I'm able free up a flask just for quicksilver and used purity of lightning aura without worrying mana issues. and of course my stats as of now

Instead of everyone taking meginord I would advice on just taking . It is a hell of a lot cheaper and you can focus on rings and amu's with damage, attributes and res without demanding mana or life leech on them like these
With a nice triple res boots you are basically invulnerable to anything that way with a minor loss in dps. |
|
" Good idea. You lose 10-20 damage from the belt. How much a damage loss are we talking though? What rings and amulet can u realistically get? Not interested in fairy tales and fantasies. If the damage loss is not too big this could be well worth it. |

You'll lose around 7000-8000 DPS

" depends on facebreaker roll I guess. is that for legacy one? with 768% one I lost about 4k dips. |

Hi KorgothBG,
I really like you're guide and your style, well done! I'm a noob and I ask this: If I use a weapon and a shield or 2hweapon the build lose in effectiveness? Thank you in advance! |

Yes it loses its effectiveness Thaumasios. For a weapon with infernal blow you'll need totaly different passive tree. You'll need many damage nodes and weapon elemental damage will work. You might ask "Then why should i use Facebreakers instead of a weapon?" . Well you'll have to spend alot of passive skills into offensive nodes and you'll need to have a crazy weapon to reach the damage of the Facebreakers and you'll be less tanky. You see with Facebreakers you don't need any offensive nodes at all and because of that you can spend all into defenses making this build the ultimate tank without sacrificing any damage!

" I'm on 20 k + without meginord and all res sky high + 5 k life. Nothing really touches me. |
|
" In theory it also allows you to get higher damage on your rings/amulet to make up for the damage loss. |
|
" Oh well i've got more of everything... but it's about gear and how mych you can/will spend. The wurm's molt is a good solution if you don't have and can't buy good enough rings + amulet but it's most definetly NOT an end-game belt!
