Im confident this works vice versa. You can also evade mobs Shield charges.

You ever heard of accuracy? Its not a spell, but an attack so I think it should work this way.

I was going to say this has nothing to do with accuracy because you're still not going to miss due to a bad shot (i.e. it will never be hero's fault) but it depends how GGG is calculating chance to evade.

The Melee Splash support gem now works with Shield Charge.
Shield charge can now be evaded.

Since your finnaly doing something about shield charge, how about you go all the way and make it work for facebreaker builds?

Bought a 19% quality shield charge.. only to find out that shield charge attacks whit you main hand weapon wtf:P

They said early afternoon, so usually when they get back from lunch, then they spend the remaining time in the office with random anomaly bugs that didn't present themselves in alpha. I'd say around 8-9 PM EST.
