Some numbers would've been nice in these patch notes. Playing a char that is touched by a lot of the balancing changes, wonder if the buff of Clarity can make up the lesser amount of mana EB will give me, but I doubt it since Inner Force also takes a blow. At least this nerf also decreases the amount of mana regen I need for Arctic Armour. :|

But tbh, Inner Force definetly needed that nerf. 30% increased effect of all the auras you are stacking anyways, why would anybody skip that goody? 18% is still good but now you will actually think about going there or save those points, and imho that's how it should be.

Exactly. Again, people who are complaining about this are usually the ones that think if their character isn't facerolling 24/7 it must "suck".
