Hi support team,
I am writing to report a critical issue with one of my characters. I was running a T16 Corrupted map. Right after killing the map boss, an Abyss killed me and my game immediately crashed. Since then, every time I try to log in with that specific character, the game crashes or disconnects me back to the login screen. To check if it was a client-side issue, I created a new character in the same league, and I can log in and play perfectly fine with it (and with my other characters). The issue is strictly isolated to the character that died in that map. Could you please check the status of my character or force-move it to a Town or Hideout to break the instance loading loop? I'm stuck on map. I forced to go back to hideout from the character selection screen and now I can't even join my character.
Roll back this hotfix, it broke the game!!! |
