Currently my Atlas is bugged for Ritual and breach... I cannot allocate any of the notable passives even when I have active Atlas points to spend. It acts as if the previous node is not allocated. Breach is doing the same thing. Not sure how to fix this issue but it pretty much bricked my desire to do any of these mechanics because I can't complete them.

Fixed an issue where the Runic Knowledge in Mystic Refuge (Act 3) wouldn't be targetable if you had summoned Farrow but did not speak to him, preventing completion of The Runeseeker quest in Act 3.

It wasn't targetable even if you did speak to him before, and still isn't targetable now. All that has changed is that he shows up again and you can speak to him. There's still no Runic Knowledge to interact with, so it's still broken.

Hollow form is not triggering well of power, should it not do that???????

Please correct the ritual in the second phase in the area of complete darkness

Runeseeker ACT 3 is still bugged. You can summon the npc but cant target the book. Please fix.

Looking at this, think I better stop at the end of campaign and not venture into atlas:) Not only did GGG allow quest bricking from "what if player misses a quest action" and "what if player gets killed", but now they say its fixed, players reply its still not fixed. Don't want to end up with permanently bricked character lol.
