The game ate my quest item "The Triskelion FLame" when i tried to put it in, it ate the quest item, what to do now??

Read this carefully, because here’s a bug report on the mechanics from a build that someone created just for fun, and try to draw your own conclusions!
1. The new “Reverie” armor stops working after death or cutscenes. The flask stops restoring HP until you take it off and put the armor back on. 2. The "Grinning Immolation" Ascendancy doesn’t give me a crit bonus, but it sets me on fire (I checked the tooltip - nothing changes, but I’m burning!!!) 3. The "Bringer of Flame" Ascendancy does not work with Impending Doom. It does not build up energy for Cast on Elemental Ailments. 4. Impending Doom, which has a built-in base critical chance (which can be increased through the tree), does not trigger CoC. It doesn’t trigger anything at all, even though it’s a self-cast spell that can’t be abused in any mechanics. 5. The "Low Life" effect on flasks doesn't work properly. There is a node in the skill tree labeled "25% increase life recovery from flasks USED on Low Life." The modifier's description is the same as the mod on the flask, but in the skill tree it increases regeneration when Low Life is reached, whereas on the flask it is ignored. Regeneration simply does not increase. 6. Bug with the "Herbalism" gem: If you socket it into a gem slot and activate it, the healing from the flask does not increase until you travel to another location while in that state. Similarly, if you deactivate it, the flask buff remains even when the gem is not equipped. 7. I'm not entirely sure (I don't have the tools to check), but I get the feeling that the critical hit chance doesn't increase on Impending Doom. Not at all. Not globally, not for spells, nothing. I already have a 78% crit chance, and based on how the Ascendancy passive for "More crit damage" triggers, it feels like I still have only 7% |

I've been playing with the new spirit walker ascendancy and trying out the boss pets. I noticed that with bosses that have a move that lets them dive underground they tend to get stuck. The Great White One (the Land Shark) for example will become stuck in place while using the move if it's used near walls or objects. Karash, The Dune Dweller (Scorpion Bosses) have a similar issue where they will simply stay underground till combat ends if the move is usesd near terrain. It would be wonderful if this could be addressed.

Western Gateway not completable bug is still around there is no button for me to click to complete the map after going up the elevator after killing the boss.

In my case, the issue preventing progression of the Abyss quest chain is caused by one of the Abyssal Wound maps spawning without an Abyss. The map boss was killed, but the map completion was not registered. As a result, when I run the map again, an Abyss can no longer spawn on it, and it is not possible to use an Abyss Tablet. At the same time, the game still requires all Abysses on the map to be completed in order for the map completion to count. This leaves the map in a permanently incompletable state and blocks further progression of the Abyss quest chain.
