Ritual quest chain bugged

Same issue, have the head but cannot enter any maps.

So the problem is that there is no button to start the "Rite of the Nameless" - i could see it after i relog, but when character move its just dissapear

Same issue, map doesnt complete even after beating again i guess thats why we cant select the following maps for the rite

SAME. Maybe insted of randomly nerfing builds start fixing the game?

Same, it looks like the 2 possible map choices aren't connected to any maps outside of the crux of nothingness

I got mine fixed,

I think you need to kill the king of the mist in one attempt/without respawning

They may have fixed the map selection thing because I could do that, but after collecting all the pieces from those 5 maps and putting them on the effigy it looks like 1 is still missing, and the quest still says complete rituals in rite of the nameless maps, of which there aren't anymore?
