Frozen Locus bug in boss room

Frozen locus works fine during mapping and after boss fight.

generally I can one shot the crystal with Storm Wave.

But during boss fight, its not working, I can't explode it even I hit the crystal many times.

Its back to normal if I end the boss fight.

About the video:
00:00-00:10 the crystal not explode.
00:45-01:00 one shot the crystal.

I am also experiencing this bug, same exact issue only in boss fights, not before or after. its totally screwing my build up and I dont really have a great easy solution other than change builds.

Same issue. During map it works fine, but as soon as i get into boss room it stops working.

I have the same issue had it happen on:
- Act 4 final boss
- Isolde and Heldra (rest of interlude was fine)
- Akthi and Anundr

I'm having the same issue. I can pop them in maps easily but nothing I do seems to make them explode when I'm in any sort of boss arena.

I'm using Ice Strike and Hollow Palm. I swapped two a staff and I was still having the same issue.

This issue also happens when doing Vaal temple. in the halls it works, but as soon as i walk into a room Frozen Lotus stops working.
