The Runeseeker - Act 3 - Unable to Speak to Farrow

Unable to progress The Rune Seeker quest in Act 3.
Occured after summoning Farrow in the Mystic refuge in front of the scrying pool and dying before talking to him. Farrow disappeared after respawning and there is no way to resummon him. Creating a new instance and restarting the game does not fix the issue. The quest is stuck in a state where the objective is "Speak to Farrow" in the Mystic refuge Last bumped on Jun 2, 2026, 1:34:55 PM

Same issue but due to a realm reset between summoning Farrow and talking to him. Resetting the zone doesn't force him to spawn.

Can't hand in map pieces in Act 4 either which I'm lead to believe is the next part of the questline
Progressed to maps regardless hoping there was a catch up at some point but no dice. | |

Same issue. Game crashed after talking to him in the room and now he's gone, there's nothing to click in the room, and he has nothing to say when I talk to him in town.

Farrow de-spawned when I died before he could be talked to and now stuck. |

Having the same issue, though I did not crash or DC. Was still fighting mobs while talking to Farrow. He gave me the dialog, but I am unable to click the book. If I talk to him in town he gives nothing new and I unfortunaly cannot complete the quest.
