Vaal Pact Bugged

New Vaal Pacted sets my health to 28(just super low like 5% of my hp). It happens everytime I enter a new map it sets it to the same hp even when I've leeched up to 100% before.

Same. This happens when I leave a map while Vaal Pact is allocated, no other special circumstances required.
Even at full health leaving, I arrive in the hideout at 28 health.
Had to unspec Vaal Pact.

Also, leech with Vaal Pact seems very small. It takes 5 packs or more to get from the 28 health to full.

Also, it it necessary that not even the well in hideout can heal a Vaal Pact Exile?

Please fix this.
The keystone is basically unplayable at this point.
There is no viable option for leech without it.
