Campaign completed but cannot use Map Device — stuck on "Check on the Hooded One"

I have completed the entire campaign, but the Map Device still won't activate.
The game tells me to "Check on the Hooded One," but I have already spoken to him and there are no new dialogue options.

I have also completed all 3 interludes but cant move forward to maps. I've spoken to everyone in Kingsmarch. What do I do? Btw I can access my hideout but the map device there isn't interactable.

Solved it, create another small account, and then select all when merging.
