2 passive skill points

the game keep showing that i have 2 passive skills points left but i can't allocate anymore. This appeared right after i ascended to chronomancer. i also thought time snap and time freeze was free but i can't allocate them both of them either is there a step that I'm missing here?

Having same issue and I'm on PC.

Same. I think I triggered it by holding 2 passives when I ascended to Oracle to choose Path Not Taken. Now the menu tab when I am using controller always shows 2 phantom passive points to spend. Seems to be a display bug only, not real points.

I am having the same issue, but it sometimes won't let me spend any passive points at all.

Also having this issue on PC and it seams to have bugged out my spirit as well. Shows that I do not have my spirit spender active no matter how many times I turn it off and on.

Mine says I have 3 to spend.

Same issue on pc 2 points shown in the passive tree but not outside over the exp bar. Ascendancy Points are spent. Had some issues before with refund my passive tree points and spend it.
