"Update to new patch" when already on 0.5.0

Fix for EPIC games store, might work on steam too
If your title screen already says version 0.5, your local game client is completely up to date. The error you are seeing is an intentional server-side lock.This happens when Grinding Gear Games deploys a minor server hotfix immediately after a major patch. Because the Epic Games Store takes longer to approve these micro-updates, your client thinks it is fully updated, but the login server rejects you because it is technically looking for a tiny sub-version change. Basically... 1- log into pathofexile2 website using EPIC games account button and password 2- Download the windows installer 3- Run it, it will just instantly install! 4- Go back to Epic launcher...enjoy game! Guys, someone, GOD, IDC, anyone.
Since last night, I've uninstalled the game 5 times, done millions of validations, cache clear, you name it! I've paid 30€ the day POE was launched, now I cant even connect to the new league!!! The valadition problem is fixed, but now in game only previous league is available! FIX IT! cmon! |

Since Friday, I've uninstalled the game more than 10 times, changed Download zones, verified files, everything that was on forums or reddit, nothing works!!! Support anyone???! |
