Struggling with intense "Blur" in Poe 2. How to fix? /Technical issue

Hey Guys,
I am struggling with "unblurring" poe 2. Its just in a constant state of "shiny-blur"; Never quite focusing on exact detail until I zoom in close. Can someone help me out here? because you have dynamic resolution on and it is probably 1280x720 or less

" This. Dynamic Resolution causes more problems than it's worth, for me anyways. I can't even use Vulkan because I get INSANE CPU lag all the time when I do. The sharpness is also weird. FSR adds a lot of fade and ghosting. Lots of visual weirdness. Feels like the game could use a lot of love in this area because when it's good, it's really good. But it's so easy to become bad. Who am I to say anything, I don't respect my time either.
