" Just that PoE 1 had never the target to make "meaningful" ground loot. It was always about bombing people with loot and clutter the screen with crap. Like literally. We can check out other ARPGs which don't have access to a player regulated market or other systems and they somewhat have the meaningful loot already (Last Epoch or Torchlight 2 as examples) if that is what they actually want, but having meaningful loot in campaign which flows to shit loot the moment we get into maps is like not so bright? For that the whole aspect of hordes would need to become smaller and PoE 2 would need to become a completely different game as it was supposed to be. |

They made essences go from being pretty good to completely useless garbage. Was there really no middle ground?
