I am 100% on GGGs side for the first two points.
Caster stuff has no base damage on the weapons.
Leech was absurdly broken. Sustain nerf will make Boss fight balancing less one-shoty.
Third is still an unknown, as we do not know what's coming.
I get the point with boss fight balance. But that means they actually have to give us some options to scale life. Because with leech gone and no buffs to life scaling, it looks like life builds will be dead for 0.5.
For the caster weapons. Yes they dont have base dmg. But the skills do. If anything thats an advantage not a disadvantage. Also casters already did the most dmg. This will just make the gap even larger. Granted, almost all caster builds were made with witch. So maybe they should take a look at that.

There seem to be added. Like Rings implicit 6% Life
Runic Ward also
Life builds are fine, really. You can convert phys dmg taken into another type, Armour is also perfectly fine. Evasion/Deflection gets a buff.
I plan my build to have max 4k Life, no Armour/ES/EV and I will tank Arbiter one shots with it.
Less content creators watching, more figuring stuff out on your own.

A lot of false assumptions about me here ;)
I dont follow content creators because (and this may sound arrogant) i think most of them are pretty bad at the game. I also have no issue beating all the content. Actually i am a strong proponant for making the game harder because i think all the content is way too easy right now. But this is all beside the point.
My issue here is with the very unbalanced approach to balance. Nerfing the classes and builds that are already the weakest and barely touching the builds that are the strongest. And yes i know, blood mage and cast on crit got nerfed hard, so did ES. But aside from ES, all those nerfs affect melee builds as well. As i wrote in my OP, i am not arguing for less melee nerfs but for more caster nerfs so the game is equally difficult with every ascendancy.

Ok you got me. I am sorry for falsely assuming those.
I would however wait and see what's coming exactly. Because for me it looks like Life builds are getting buffed, at least with more mods appearance and indirect stuff.

I am all for making the content a challange, but please do it for the casters too.
As a warrior enjoyer it feels really bad to see so many nerfs to an already weak class.
Why tho? You said you already play warrior, thus, the content is a challenge for you - something you are all for.
So, why are you advocating to fuck up casters also?
It's kinda weird to me... you said it reels really bad to see so many nerfs to an already weak class (warrior in this case)... but "nerf others" comes in mid before "buff warrior". Hm.

I usually play around 2 to 4 different characters per league. In my opinion there are two major things wrong with the experience.
1. All characters are way too strong way too easy. It usually takes around a week per character to be in a spot where Arbiter of Ash dies within seconds. I think beating the current endboss with ease should be something that takes months. So... no buffs. Only nerfs for every class.
2. When play different classes there is a major difference in clear speed and boss dmg between the classes. Thats not healthy for the game.
In conclusion that means: If i would like all classes to be equally strong but no buffs are allowed, than the stronger classes need to be nerfed. Pretty simple actually.

This is close to non existent in poe2. Especially for a general warrior.
Also adding vermillion rings has an opportunity cost. luckily they added res swap to help with that. sucks when youre in ssf and you have 160 cold res and 31 fire res.

Bro... you want it to take MONTHS to kill "Arbiter of Ash" in a few seconds?
This would be horrible game design. PoE (and the entire genre) is about starting weak and becoming "godlike" in a reasonable time via loot and build crafting,
that's it.
Just making everything take ages will lead to 0.001% ppl playing the game.
You want prove? PoE Ruthless.
And thinking the differences between the classes (their power) is unhealthy...
that's the case since the ARPG genre was born and never hold it back.
Besides, there aren't perfectly balanced games (with the same or similar systems) anyway.
Instead of telling me again what you want... answer why.
Why do you want everything to be weak and take ages?
