This was my issue with last epoch, I couldn't finish it's campaign I got so bored of walking, stopping to 1 shot something and then walking some more. Brainless and boring gameplay in other arpg's.

And frankly, yes, we did reminisce today how 0.1 was the best feeling we had in the game. Sure, it was brand new, but also the tension we had when going through the areas, the tension we had in maps, because we risked losing progress, juice, and portals on death. We had to actively communicate that I go first into a new subarea and she backs me up at range when we get swarmed... Obviously both feelings are gone and it's "just" a very enjoyable game now, which is - as been said here - not as hard as it used to be, but still mechanically more demanding than its main competitors...
