Yes. Poe has always been good on "being in balance."

You remember how Poe1 PvP went? It went reeeeeeeeeal well XD

I have 2h play time in poe1, I don't remember, but I wouldn't vouch for PvP in Poe2 anyways.

Idk man... your HoI and HoT look like HoI and HoT to me in your video.

Yea, vid is before even my final form!

there's a description under the video, it directs to the poeninja link from before i corrupted everything and lost 80% of the gear. Or Just search for Chonkest week 15

I didn't know my profile is private, how do i turn it off? - Found it!

PS. You try REALLY hard to corner me with discrediting attempts and provide NO arguments in the discussion for some comments now. I am not picking it on you so far. I am trying civil discussion.

Anyway.

Have you ever considered that nerfing something into the ground because it is really strong on your build/character/whatever can actually be worse for more ppl than otherwise?

Take Blood Mage and her Bleed synergy. If you play a build using that... you could feel like "Bleeds is OP - nerf it", while other classes/ascendancies etc. don't even get close to your experience because of different mechanics in use.

So, sure... you could nerf bleed because of Blood Mage, but you would hurt anyone else.
Doesn't seems to be a good way to handle balance in a game.

Yes, I have considered that.
My feedback about Leech nerfs were generally about infinite player sustain and how it affects the player risk of failure that GGG can implement - effectively making one-shots the only punishment there could be.
Amount of one-shot deaths outcry kinda supported my point.
I haven't even specified it to Leech there. I left that for GGG to figure.

I agree with what you said here.

As for the CoC, it's a result of correlation of Oracle and BM and their Crit boost.
There are other ways to balance that I am sure of that.
I just believe CoC is the rootcause for the disproportion atm, thus pointed at this direction.

Perhaps I was hasty in naming the topic like that, but well... it brought the attention.

Trigger gems definitely need to stay and they are perfectly fine to exist. The main problem is the lack of cooldowns as we have in PoE 1. That's why triggers are good in PoE 1 and more or less overpowered in PoE 2.

Finally something constructive!
I Haven't played poe1, so I didn't know that.

Throw in more ideas guys!

We now have:
- trigger cooldown;
- trigger diminishing returns of energy generation

Cast on crit was heavily nerfed with how leech is now working. You wont be seeing it like it was with BM comet anymore as you cant sustain the cost

Spells triggered from cast on crit doesn't cost mana.

Triggered spells from cast on crit costs mana.

Where are you getting they dont?

Mash the clean

Spells triggered from cast on crit doesn't cost mana. Are you talking about one very specific build out of possible hundreds and presenting the build as if it were the only one in existence?

only way to spam CoC is to solve the high mana costs or switch over to life costs & leech life, but that will be way harder now.
