That's not true. We got fists as a new weapon this league.
I'm a little bummed out we didn't get any new skill gems. Maybe they are all on the new uniques. Can't wait for poedb to update. I hate this waiting period, it always feels too short before a league start.

The new league merchanic gives like 25 new skill gems that EVERYONE can use without weapon or attribute restriction.

I don't remember him saying "25 new (kalguuran) skills", just - and I quote: "dozens of new kalguuran skills and supports".
That could mean "6 active skills, 18 supports" or whatever...
And I wonder what it actually will be; because stuff we have seen acts more like a "buff" instead an actual active skill.

That could mean "6 active skills, 18 supports" or whatever...
And I wonder what it actually will be; because stuff we have seen acts more like a "buff" instead an actual active skill.

Ah. So they said "skills" like I assumed.
So the question still remains how many of the 21 "Kalguuran Skills" are actually active skills you can create a build around (like active skill gems now) and how many function more like a buff like "Triskelion Cascade" does.

You are correct. I realize my mistake now, as I skipped straight to "New Content and Features", where this is not listed. I was going to browse the rest later, but that is typically the first section I go to. Cheers.

On DM/ghazzy inverview jonathan said that there is possibility to make full runic ward build where you only use runic ward skills etc. but remains to be seen. Considering there is only 21 runic ward skills and the ones we saw on reveal stream looked like just boosting other skill.
