General Discussion - Why do content creators get early access to the seasons and expansions. - Forum

The only thing i could really think of is maybe ZiggyD getting a little teaser when he goes over to the studio to do the interviews before each league. Everything else is literally just marketing on an older version and/or the base game without the new league implemented (to display core game changes). Ancestral Bond. They don't for the most part. The only one who regularly does is ZiggyD because he helps internally with testing and is a good spokesperson for the company when needed. No other creators do though and it's great for that reason. Take D4 for example.l Prior to this season that was the case. Everyone would play the PTR and the entire season would be figured out before it ever began. One of the biggest draws about PoE is that this doesn't happen. While people utilize PoB and theory craft, no one gets actual access to the league early. Other than him though there isn't anyone who is known to play the content prior. I think you should give earlier access to people who but early supporter packs to reward them, like you did with the keys. I am sure this comes across as whining, but after seeing it league after league, expansion after expansion it is just frustrating. OK, I am done...with the post, not playing of course. ShavedDome I'm so confused I need context are you saying these big streamers will play path of exile 2 early before release like they get to play for 3 days before us? They don't, the only person that gets any sort of preview access for posting content to get others into the game is ZiggyD, but that's a playtest at GGG HQ and he can't actually play early unless he's physically at the office. This person is blowing smoke up their own ass to be upset. "Bonus points if it is Scion/Witch because they have nice knees.
