I can't believe after one year and half of early access maces are still the only melee weapon.

The new stuff is cool, but melee is stagnant and they don't seem to care.

no swords, no new class.....

That excuse doesn't cut it any more. They said the endgame rework was nearly finished and needed just a bit more work last patch, and this league ran over on top of that.

2 ascendancies dropped, we're missing 4 full classes, 14 other ascendancies, and the majority of melee weapons.

But they spent a lot of time creating even more currencies, runes, and crafting time sinks.

I want to play an ARPG. A game where you run around being awesome stabbing things and picking up loot and being excited when you find a piece that's especially awesome.

Not a crafting sim based entirely on gambling. Omens, the genesis tree, all of it is just ways to try to push the RNG of a slot machine a bit more in your favor. And despite saying this was going to be a new game they keep on adding mechanics from PoE.

I'm out until they get their shit in order.

Where did they promise you swords? They promised endgame reworks and that's what they delivered.
