Proposal: Implement act skipping if you have one character in a league at level 90 or 100.

Replaying acts can feel stuffy on the third run. Everything is almost familiar, and nothing there is interesting.
But in the endgame, builds, ascensions, and mechanics are fully revealed. And people who don't really play the game want to explore and try out these features.
But spending 8-15 hours replaying acts is very off-putting.
Implementing this feature will allow for a lot of experimentation with builds and ascensions.
People who enjoy experimenting will be happy. People who enjoy playing acts will continue to play acts. It's a matter of choice.
Implementation is possible with one character at level 90 or 100, at the discretion of the creator. This will separate regular players from farmers.

P.S. For those who believe the game is based only on Acts: I've played this game for 1800 hours. And I can say with absolute responsibility that Acts are not the entire game, but only a part of it. And not the largest one.

No one thinks that. Stop making up strawmen.

So, why do you want to skip part of the game? When it's literally part of the game?

Because it's boring. If you like the story, feel free to keep playing it. Other people would prefer to skip the story. Why does that bother you?

For me it's about which class to run around killing stuff with for the most part. Im not going to waste 15 hours of my time just to see if that specific build can actually work. Don't really want to skip campaign but a separate "single player" instance where you can just test a 65 level character before committing to it would be nice.

Like this league I was considering playing a cowards legacy quarterstaff infernalist with stacked crit damage to the moon, but i've no idea how and if it would work. I'd need to spend 20-25 hours to see if it does. A single player "test" character would solve the issue.

Because this game have so many outdated design decisions, we test our builds in Path of Building xDDDDD
