I bought the game (POE2) on my PC and got hooked. Then I realized my mini PC couldn’t handle it, so I went to the PSN store and bought it again there (PS5). I leveled my character past 70, and then an infinite loading screen started. You’ve been selling this game for over a year, haven’t you? I understand it’s a beta, but in that case, you should make it free - since, judging by the forum, you haven’t managed to fix this bug in over a year.
In none of the games I’ve played, at least the ones I paid for - have I had such a poor user experience.
You didn't buy the game, you bought ingame coins. And these work without problems.

poe2 and poe is a f2p game. you buy ingame cash currency. not the game.
