With 3.28.0e game is crashing ever few minutes

Since today/yesterday update I can't play the game. Game crashes to desktop without any error. There is nothing in the client.log and there is no crashlog generated.

Changing DX11/DX12/Vulkan and/or graphic settings doesn't help. If I remove shader caches from MyDocuments and do "Check File Integrity" in steam, it will run a little longer, but the crashing comes back.

What can I do to diagnose this issue or at least get some logs?

Thanks.

EDIT:
My mistake, the patch is not up yet, crashing started on it's own still on 3.28.0d

I don't mean to detract from the problem you are experiencing, but for what it's worth Patch 3.28.0e hasn't been released yet.

The last significant patch acknowledged on the Patch Notes forum is 3.28.0d from six days ago, if your problem only started appearing in the past day.

There is some info about crashes in Windows on the Community Help Page, if you aren't seeing and log updates from POE (even when you manage to get further when removing your shader files?).

If you can get into the game but always crash loading into the same character, try to load into town on a different character in a different league/town to see if it makes any difference. If you have any recently equipped MTX that you suspect might be causing an issue, you could possibly remove them by creating a sacrificial character and moving any mtx in use to it (however, you might expect an mtx-related issue to write errors to the client.txt file).

If you recently changed your graphics drivers, you may wish to look at whether a different version helps at all. You may also have logged events in your Windows Application or System event logs (see Event Viewer in Windows).

If your system is hard crashing and shutting down without displaying any error message, system stability could be an issue, but I of course have no idea what you are running into.

You're right. My mistake.

Then I don't know what changed. Yesterday was fine, today is awful.
I edited my post with some more generic suggestions, but you beat me to it.

Sorry that you're having problems. :(
I'm on linux and I did absolutely no change on my system since yesterday and now crashing constantly. Yesterday it worked perfectly, now the game is unplayable. I don't know what to do either.

Just wanted to let you and GGG know, that I'm in the same boat; also on Linux. Since today the game crashes every 30s or so. Clearing Shaders and switching Drivers hasn't helped. It was more or less stable yesterday.

Edit: I hope I'm not cursing it but it seemed to have been fixed for me. I didn't do anything.

I have crash non stop, tried to change also everything and nothing helps doing blood sacrament build/ legion breach farm...GTX 3060TI 8gb Win10 yesterday started today cant run the game...
Exact same thing here, about as flawless as poe can be then yesterday game start crashing in my hideout nonstop, couldnt do shit.

I wiped 4.4gb cache in .steam/steam/steamapps/compatdata/238960/pfx/drive_c/users/steamuser/AppData/Roaming/

Didn't help. Validated files with steam launcher, found 467 problems, fixed them, wiped cache again, then it seemed like it was ok... for 2mins.

Today i change kernel to non RT one and i just got like a few maps done thought it was fine, like big boomy zfps maps at times but no problems.

The suddenly nonstop crashes again.

UPDATE:
NO issues since "e" patch.

Yep, seem to be fixed for me too after a short test. Welp
I've played for few minutes and it seems fixed. I didn't touch my pc for the whole day, no idea what happened.
