Game keeps hard crashing multiple times per Area while playing as Templar

This is driving me nuts. Don't know what to do at this point. It's not your classic GPU driver crash with the cogwheels, no, the game just freezes and closes, so far multiple times per area since the very moment I started leveling a Templar. Literally in every single area I enter, often shortly after doing so.
It doesn't do that at all when playing as Shadow. WTF is going on? It keeps throwing an application error. It's not a GPU driver crash. It's not a memory issue.
" I don't know what to do. I can't level my fucking Templar cuz the game keeps crashing in almost every area at least once. I somehow made it to Act 5, yet currently am softlocked to go further because the game crashes every time now. I've uninstalled and am currently reinstalling to see if that maybe helps. Yeah, I just tested this. I can run through the same areas and even spend more time in them with my Shadow, spamming my skills, but the moment I switch to my Templar, I eventually have a screen freeze and crash. It's always the same application error. I literally cannot properly play my character for who knows what reason. It's infuriating.
And it's not the MTX or my skills, apparently, as I was crashing well before equipping those. Whatever it is, it is driving me nuts. So, I tried it with another Templar. It just doesn't fucking work. It's not MTX, it's not my skills, it just randomly crashes. Though I have noticed it happens when I approach new areas. I.e. I've crashed twice when I ran past one of the unique areas in Fellshrine Ruins.

I don't know what to tell you.
You upload an MP4 or a GIF or whatever you want, and then you use the forum's pretty standard and unremarkable embed functionality to have the file appear in your post. I literally recorded & uploaded a video of the earlier post: https://youtu.be/PGdeJNA8O4A Maybe you use a web browser setting or browser extension that tries to prevent videos on pages from auto-playing or the like - presumably designed with the goal of making certain ads less annoying - but that doesn't mean the forum is broken or hard to use. The MP4 doesn't load for me. It's not a setting in my browser or AdBlock. I use Chrome. Still, we cannot upload media and the formatting of posts is outdated, worse than 2004 forum sites.
