About Atziri's Temple

It's time you guys revealed the true drop rates of Medallion in each room of Atziri's Temple, and the so-called diminishing returns that affect Medallion drop rates with increasing room counts.

I've had enough of response of those obviously uneducated people to whose complain about the low Medallion drop rate in Juatalotli's Temple on forums including Reddit. They love to use excuses like "just got a bad RNG" or "bad luck" to justify your inaction.

If an event has a very low occurrence rate—for example, if the outermost ring has 14 Elite Legions and 13 Omnipresent Panopticons but you can't get more than 2 Juatalotli's Medallions (I haven't even included other rooms that might drop Juatalotli's Medallions), or even the frequency of not getting a single one (at least 10 times in a row) is unbearably high—the chance of it happening consecutively should be even lower, because this is the build method most people choose (11 or 12 Omnipresent Panopticons). This shouldn't become a widely complained-about issue that makes maintaining a temple impossible. I've built multiple Atziri's Temples for multiple characters, and this has happened so frequently that I can't stand it anymore.

I personally suspect that players, including myself, have triggered some kind of code-level issue, perhaps certain equipment or skill combinations. I don't know, and that's something you should tell us. This has led to the abnormally low drop rate of Juatalotli's Medallions, so some people who haven't encountered it think we victims are exaggerating our bad luck.

With most players having already left, it's time to address this issue. You should at least do right by those who are still willing to play, especially those who are still playing this less-than-perfect new game mechanic. As mentioned before: 1. Reveal the true drop rates of various Medallions in each room of Atziri's Temple. 2. If, under the current mainstream maximizing construction methods, the expected drop rate of Juatalotli's Medallion, after calculation, fails to meet players' needs for maintaining their Atziri's Temple construction, the drop rate of Juatalotli's Medallion should be significantly increased.

i mean thats just how it is since they updated the rooms. reading tooltips also helps. every room has a chance drop a medaillon out of a pool. so in reality it is possible to get some runs without any juatalotli. just the same way it is possible to get only one outcome out of a 50:50 roll.

there is no room anymore which drops juatalotli only. there are only rooms that have a chance to drop a medaillon out of a given pool. the pool is no longer just one medaillon. even spymaster has now a chance for other medaillons as well.

so basically since the update a T3 spymaster has exactly the same juatalotli dropchance as a T3 flesh surgeon.

the chance to drop a medaillon is also dependant on tier. this number would be really good to know tho, im with you.

e.g. for the spymaster specifically this are your drop chances:
- T1 Spymaster: low chance of [Juatalotli/Quipolatl/Uromoti]
- T2 Spymaster: medium chance of [Juatalotli/Quipolatl/Uromoti]
- T3 Spymaster: high chance of [Juatalotli/Uromoti/Xopec/Azcapa/Puhuarte]

so whats exactly a low/med/high chance - that would be nice

"As someone who has consistently engaged with the Atziri's Temple mechanics, I have to agree. The frustration with Juatalotli's Medallion drop rates is a shared experience among many dedicated players. When even the most optimized room configurations yield zero to minimal returns over consecutive runs, it points to a deeper issue—potentially a code-level bug or an overly aggressive diminishing returns curve. We need transparency on the actual rates and a significant buff to ensure the temple remains a viable long-term goal."
Sometimes I really don’t get why you guys keep asking or complaining about this. Their intention is pretty clear—they don’t want it to be too easy to build full rooms or keep them maxed out all the time.

And with this league mechanics, no one is forcing you to stay in the temple and fully build everything. You’re choosing to chase extremely high rewards, so naturally there’s a price to pay.

This mechanic was already nerfed before, but because too many people complained, they had no choice but to revert it. That’s why you can keep farming like this now—to the point where people don’t even bother picking up Divine Orbs anymore.

Honestly, just be content—you’ve had it good for quite a while. Next league, there’s no way farming will be this easy again.
